Stock the freezer with ready building blocks — shredded chicken, stock, infused oils, mince base, veg purées — so a lower-risk dinner is 10 minutes away.
The hardest time to cook well is when you're tired or flaring. A freezer kit removes the friction: when the building blocks are already made, a gentle meal is just assembly. Build it up over a couple of cook sessions.
